System Management is applicable to software, systems, servers and clients, and networks (LAN and WAN). TSS, along with CA and HP, has implemented Systems and Networks monitoring and management solutions, which are key to the efficient working of the IT infrastructure. Performance agents are deployed on critical servers and devices to send critical alerts on various performance counters and thresholds. Managed Services contracts are signed for proactive maintenance of systems and networks. The solution is configured with escalation mechanisms that employ email alerts or SMS alerts, depending on the criticality of the problem. |
